Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: 14 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Cannot Be Returned:
- Used or burned candles
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos for free replacement or refund.
How to Return:

- Ship item in original packaging (customer pays return shipping unless defective)
